painful red bumps

i have these bumps on the outside of my vagina like the top
they hurt to touch and when i squeeze them either blood comes out or puss. i have been shaving my vagina...... so this is either from me shaving my vagina or i have herpes. i wouls show u an example pic but kinda can't. but they rea;;y are itchy and i am scared to get tested for herpes......
help
could it possibly be ingrown hair?

Sounds like it's just from shaving. Are they smaller and quite numerous? Odds are that's it. I wouldn't worry too much. Herpes is blisters, not pimples. Even if they're bigger, I would bet it's an ingrown hair.

Leave them alone, maybe put some ointment on, and they'll go away after a couple days.

they are fairly small except for 3 that are huge and i squeeze then and stuff comes out. i like to keep my down there area clean but how can i if i can't shave and i am also allergic to hair removal cream

If you really want to keep it nude (which has no relation to hygiene, mind you, but whatever :P), is waxing an option for you? It's a bit painful I'd imagine, but I can't really think of anything else other than working on your technique to reduce irritation

sounds like ingrown hairs to me.
how long have you had them? like did they only appear since you started shaving?

You could try trimming your pubic hairs to a very short length, and see if that helps. I think to see if it is ingrown hairs you should try not shaving for a while, and then see if you still have discomfort. Although that being said it sounds like you have ingrown hairs and/or razor burn.

The bigger red spots sound like a separate condition, how long have they been around? and are they constant or recurring or ?

they only happen whenever i shave. the bigger enflamed ones are from when i constantly go over the same spots to get every hair. they hurt but not as much now since the hair is coming back.... i have been keeping a watch on it and it doesn't seem to be getting any worse...... the ones i had squeezed have now hardened over so they aren't irritated anymore..... as for getting rid of the hair what else can i do since i am allergic to hair removal cream like nair
