windows phone and antivirus

so i was given a windows phone. it has windows mobile 6 pro on it. its an awesome phone and i loooove it.
someone told me that its a smartphone and i should get antivirus software on it.
so my question is......can someone recommend a good FREE antivirus for mobile phones? my phone is a dopod 838pro. (its other names are htc hermes / jasjam) and its like about 4 years old (if that makes any difference)

It's really not necessary.
I had a Windows Mobile 6.0/6.1 phone for about 4 years, and never had an antivirus on it. It's fine.

Though, if you're paranoid, I've heard good things about Lookout (https://www.mylookout.com/).
