It's not like people who work at the CDC can't have a little fun every now and then. It's not like publishing a blog post cost the government loads of money, anyway. Really, I can't believe people are so uptight about tax money that they'll get offended when one federal agency decides to post a little blog post about zombies, which actually serves an educational purpose in teaching people about emergency preparedness.

These are the same people who were complaining about public radio.

Really, there are much more urgent issues to complain about than "oh no, an employee at the CDC decided to spend some time having fun!
