i guess that's not a problem. most guys have one ball (testicle) hang lower than the other. And for your cum quantity, someone told me that its based on how hydrated you are and when you last ejaculated. :)

Typically one is lower (which in the same sense one is higher) than the other. Also how much you cum depends on how far you are in puberty and how much you j/o.
