Lately I've been so stressed and scared ,I'm not exactly sure, but none the less I've been biting myself when frustrated,is this considered self harm?

I would say so, perhaps find something else to do when you get stressed, what i do is i sit down turn off my lights in my room and listen to music for an hour. Its nice. Take ur stress down one step at a time. Look at a big problem and separate it into small chunks. I hope this helped :)

Anything you intentionally do to hurt yourself is self-harm. So yes this is.
But i think quite a lot of people do things like this a a nervous habit.. I know i bite the inside of my lips when i am stressed. Like Austin said find some other way to deal with stress.. go for a walk? write something? absolutely anything.

I like to punch my brothers punching bag when i totally stressed out (lol i use it more than my brother does) if im out of the house i like to do sprints
i run as fast and as hard as i can for as long as i can until i totally forgot what i was stressing out about
because im then stressing about my super tight calfs
