So about a day ago I discovered a bump on my penis that had a white dot in the middle! Is this something I should be worried about?(I have not had sex but I did have a cold sore) or is this ssomething normal? Should I see a doctor? Please help me!

The little white bumps sound like they may be superficial due to inadequate local hygeine. (This is not a criticism, but the area is subject to more sweat, etc., than most other body areas, and so is prone to this sort of thing).

Well if it is located on the shaft, it is most likely a pimple. I had a pimple once before, and i think it just happens if your hands are dirty when you j/o and it cloggs a pore... I dunno, i just squeezed it and it popped and then went away...maybe you ahould try that, it sounds exactly like a pimple. But if its on the head of your dick then maybe get it checked.

For starters, during your shower make sure you clean down there throughly. And wait a few days and see if it goes away. Im thinking that its just a pimple.

Thoroughly clean your genitals and surrounding area and regularly wash the area after wards. If it doesn't go away after a few days then you might want to go to the doctors.
