Mood swings

i seem to get mood swings, like today at dinner at school i spent it with my girlfriend hugging and stuff just talking and messing around it made me feel so happy and lucky to have her because i am, (she knows about my SH and has done sh too). Then we went into an english exam and i just felt so numb/drained i just wanted to dissapear, not because of the exam i just felt so worthless im like it most of the time when im not with her :/ :( More of a rant than anything, havent posted in a while, but advice would be nice.
also, i went a month and 10 days without SH last time, just wanted to say that :)

we all get down days, just know that shel be there after everything x

ah right, now i know what you mean, but why dont you think of it like this? Your girlfriend, i presume you have strong feelings for her? so shes with you wherever you go, in your heart, in your soul, forever there in your feelings, nobody, and nothing can ever take that away, the emotions you feel for her, and what she feels in return for you, are yours!
Take comfort in that fact and it may help?
And once again seriously well done on not self harming for a month and ten days :D
