lump, NOT a spot, on my penis

hey, at first i thought this was just a zit but i've had it for nearly a month now it is at the base of my penis and is about 1/2 cm ( ~1/4 inch) in diameter, what could this be?:confused:

Basically these are little build ups of some mineral that is used to create your pubic hairs (soz, haven't got a clue what the mineral is called). They aren't anything to worry about, I've had them on my penis for ages, they may be there for ageesss but yeh don't worry about them.
