hey im new but i was wondering if this is a problem or is normal?
i only drink water 4 the day when i reach 2 the point that im starving then ill eat but in small portcions ,i dunno if thats good but im tryin 2 loose weight ,since 3 months ago i have lost 13 kiloz and now i still think 2 my self feel like im fat, every1 tells me i need 2 put weigh on but i just look in the mirror and want 2 smash it, i dunno why my friend always as a joke calls me fat and says jks but since a while ago she stoped saying jks and in front of ppl 2 she says it ,which is not nice i told her 2 stop but have just realised wat she is saying is true i dunno wat 2 think my sister says i should loose weight ,my friends say im fat im confused??

ur freidns are just joking with you. i am currently trying to lower my body fat % and that does involve eating a bit less and more healthy, but what ur doing sounds bad. may i ask how old you are? im a guy, and it seems common w/ girls to be completely freaked out about their weight and looking fat. To be helathy, people are supposed to eat about 5 small meals a day, about 1 every 3 hours. this keeps ur metabolism going w/o overloading it with food. too many girls these days are just thinkiing about how fat they are, and friends joking or friends that think they have a good idea that u should get skinnier isnt helping. u need to realize that this habbit could easily lead to an eating disorder, and disorders such as anorexia(an actual fear of gaining weight and always trying to get skinnier and skinnier) causes people to burn muscle just so they can get the energy to do things, also in the long run it can affect ur menstrual cycle and i have heard stories of people who were anorexic and wanted to have a baby. they had about 7 miscarriges and 1 time had what seems to be one of the worst experiences for a wanting-to-be-mother woman which was giving birth to an aleready dead baby. all you have to do is eat correctly and get exercise each day to look and FEAL good. you'll feel good about urself instead of getting skinnier while always being afraid of eating and worried about ur self image.

get a BMI calc.. Their not very effective but they give you some outlook also if you can see your ribs then your underweight

i can see my ribs. but thats because i dont have very much..."stuff" there. im swiming at least 4 times a week, like intense swimming and sprints then lifting at least once, then each night i do about 350 reps of ab workouts then i try and run as often as i can
go to a gym or something, u should b able to do it w/ a gym teacher at ur schoool, get ur BMI tested there. they have tools and charts that actually work

im a chick and am 63 kilos and height 180cm i doubt my frieneds r joking i talked 2 1 of my friends and he said to just relax cause im not fat but when we had a fight in frount of every 1 he said your so fat and gave me this stare like he did it 2 piss me off i could of punched him straight in the nose but then though well i am and just walked away while he laughed at we talk now but he refuses 2 apologise
