What folder

what folder would i find my command drive program. for what ever reason my comp cant find my cmd so i was wondering were the file is suppose to be

the command prompt? it would be under start menu=> all programs => Accessories => command prompt.
under a more difficult search
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

i never knew it was their, see if you go under run and type in cmd it usuly brings it up like that but mine got moved somewere...idk were it was

it should be in you windows folder.
So "Windows/System32/cmd". Or just search cmd. But it should be in there.
