my favorite sport to play is american football. nothings like playing a game on a friday night under the lights. i like to watch it professionaly too, although my favorite sport to follow and watch is baseball, no question. i'm obsessed with the new york mets, especially after their 97-65 season. i cant wait until baseball season returns.

Specifity (specific to certain areas/muscles... i just know its specific lol)
Progression (pregresses fitness/strength over time)
Overload (overloads muscles so they get stronger)

I'm just curious as to know what everyone's favourite sports are, I'm surprised there hasn't been a post or sticky regarding this already.

I'm Australian, and my favourite sport is cricket. I represented NSW U17s at the highest level of my representative career, and play for all local and regional sides, as well as playing Mens First Grade.

I also play soccer, but my fave sport is, by far, cricket ;D

For my option up there, Tennis by far. I just love being able to be free for a while when your playing somone easy or hard.
And for normaly, i usually like Archery the best. When you feel your own stranth go into the bow, then that stranth into the arrow, and then the vibration into your arm. It feels really good ^^
