1. Voice deepens
2. Rapid/ most growth in penis.

It depends... Could be either one depending on the person.

Depends on the individual. Though there is a very loose order for which things are supposed to happen, it is still different from person to person.

I've got a decent size penis and some hair everywhere. But my voice hasn't changed. At all. I still sound like my little 11 year old brother.
