Soggy Branflakes, the 'code word' my aunt uses when things get so bad that you start crying into your morning cereal.

She, as well as my rents, 2 friends, a nurse, a doctor and a councillor are the people that know (as well as you peeps) and that's alot of people. Bt my aunt is the only one I go to for emotional support, the rest come to me. And today I sent a 'soggy branflakes' text to her.

I was low, with depressing music on and began to cut. Pretty bad for me. She drove straight to my house then my bedroom to find me in tears and bloody at the foot of my bed. She was scared I could tell and didn't say anything for ages, just through her arms around me.

For the 2 hours after that we stayed on my bedroom floor, she tried to comfort me and understand. She was shocked when I told her he cuts were already scarring and it hit me. I need to stop. things are already bad, and i don't want them to get any worse.

It was my epipanhy.

Tonight I flushed my blades. Every other time they had been taken from me, so I stole them back or bought new ones, but this time it was my decision. I wrapped them in loo roll and flushed them out my life.

I hope I am strong enough to carry on this next chapter, but it's guna be hard.

Makes it hard when I keep finding blades that I've hid around the place.

Wow that is amazing, its great you have your aunt to support you.

You have just taken a huge step. When you find blades round the house make the effort of going and getting rid of them aswell.

stay strong sweetie.
