Why isn't there an "Everything Else" section?

In General Discussion, why isn't there a lounge or everything else section? Every other forum in the world has one and I often find myself unable to post random, yet interesting crap because it'd get locked in any section we have.

No, it's not. Those threads show up every now and again in the drugs and ROTW forums respectively but they usually don't last all that long. As Rith said, it really is a general purpose forum. Have a look if you don't believe me.
