Sweaty palms...

hi, so i've had this condition ever since i can remember people would tell me that my hands are sweaty and sticky, like 10 times a day lol? it gets annoying, i can't even text or hold a pencil for 5 minutes without losing my mind :(, i don't think it's normal because of all the comments i get about it! is there anyway to stop this?

hello there!!!..hmm.. my cousin used to have that kind of problem... i suggest do what she did.... get some warm water then put some salt on the water.. then put ur hands in there for like 1-3 minutes.. do it regularly ... hope it will work for u :)

Normally people get sweaty palms when they are nervous or when they are overheated. If this is an excessive problem, you may want to talk to your dermatologist about special treatments you can get for that. Otherwise, turn fans on or stay in cool areas to prevent sweating. I hope I helped a bit. :D

My best friend had that the same problem she really suffers about this mess! She can't focus doing something especially if she in the office..I feel pity on her..

I don't know anything about your background so this is only a very vague suggestion... but i get this when my blood sugar gets low. I get low blood sugar sometimes because of my eating disorder, so if you're not eating much it could be causing it. I'm sure there are other causes of low blood sugar too.
