Dude, I'm 17, and I still wake up every morning without fail with a bigass brick in my boxers. It's totally normal, and I'd be concerned if I didn't wake up with a boner in the morning. As far as your sisters, I wouldn't know, I'm an only child, but I'd say if you gotta get up, just get up. You gave them fair warning. I would recommend jacking off before you go to bed so you can try and reduce the intensity of your boner. Also just jack off when you wake up too if taking a piss doesn't make your dick soft.
