TRANSLATION Hi, My name is jack. I AM NOT CHINESE. but i would like to talk about:

The One child polocy. Although the policy has been heavily relaxed, the idea still continues. There are several advantages to this ruling. For example:
-Economical benifits for impecunious families
-Increases both Living standards and GDP
-Improves china's HDI
-Assists in the stabilization of the world's population.

-If a family would decide to have a second child, all they have to do is pay for education, housing, services. As long as they have the 钱 钱 ($)

The policy only applies to Han ethnic Chinese
Families with first-born as a girl can ensure welfare for a second child
Ethnic minorities are exempt from the policy
Families whose parents are both single-child themselves can have welfare for a second child.

Note the policy does not prohibit the birth of a child, as some would claim, the policy simply means the government supports the welfare of one child per family. A family can have as many children as they want, they just have to pay for the welfare that is usually paid by the government for free.

So none of those forced-abortions bullshit.

If you have more than one child in mainland China, your 2nd child is considered a pariah. They can get no ID and are unable to go to good schools because of this. On the other hand, if you're wealthy you can pay, or bribe the government into allowing the child to get an ID or if the child's father was born in a really small village and has only one child then the government may allow a second.

this. you got this all right *nods* both my mom and dad have more than one siblings (mom - 2, dad - a lot). I used to wonder how that was possible but that was the past. Not exactly sure how my dad's parents was able to pay the welfare for their children when they lived in a very poor place (Binhai)

I agree with you, there are several advantages.I wish America would promote this, smaller populations are
1.Easily kept better
2.The less people you have the more you can feed
3.Less poultion

With this being said I don't think you should kill a born living human being.I wish countries supported smaller populations via birth controlls(pill and condoms) .

I only support China's one child policy in rare cases where it gets so overpopulated that they need to forcefully reduce the amount of children they can feed. So far, this only happened to that country and India. And when used correctly, it can be remarkably useful.

Compare China's to India's birth rate and then compare the quality of life of both countries. You'll see that China has less birth rate, but a much stronger GDP.

Think of it like this: every successful country must handle its population efficiently for a good economy. China manages it pretty surly, compared to India, that is why its GDP is still way above them.
