Now, this may be better off in the Fashion subforum, but it very much relates to sexuality.

My hypothesis is that LGBT individuals (obviously including teens) are over represented in terms of body modifications; possibly to do with self image, or perhaps because the subcultures are generally more 'alternative' and/or accepting. I may actually write up a proper Google document and do like, a proper survey of a variety of forums - maybe if I get around to it. :yes:

So, if y'all could fill in the mini questionnaire thing, it'd be greatly appreciated. Obviously, if I start properly collecting data it'll all be anonymous/non personally identifying stuff i.e. no forum names and the like.

Okay! :P Could you ease my nerves a bit? It's mostly peeled at this point, and it's a bit lighter underneath. I'm probably getting a free touch up once it heals anyway because it did accidentally crack in a small place. But yeah, I was wondering if it is normal to be lighter? The tattoo was black, and it's like an ashen grey now.

You might also want to conduct this on forums that are all-ages, since I'm sure fewer teens have tattoos than adults.
