Not satisfied at all...

i am so confused. the last couple of days when im done im just not satisfied at all and its still in my head all the time
this morning afterwards i actually felt physically sick when going to clean it up
and i have had this strange floaty out of body experience type thing all day. its driving me mad!

You need to find a healthy way to get rid of the feelings. If cutting no longer it'll be easier for you to stop. Find something you enjoy that'll help you forget. Talk to someone, tell them what you feel, get it off your chest in a way that won't scar.
