You're not useless, and this doesn't make you useless or anything like that at all.

You're talking about it as if they're ganging up on you. I know that might be how it feels, I felt like that at the beginning, but you need to remember that they are trying to help you, they don't want to gang up on you. You're parents are probably really worried about you, that's why they want you to see someone. There are no "sides" here at all. They're there to help you, not to iscolate you.
