Don't feel guilty.
Most guys would admit to masturbating if you asked them and those who deny they do are just uncomfortable with it and don't want to admit they do. So basically all guys at least have done it before, and most guys do it frequently. Discovering masturbation is part of being a teenager. Although it is unusual you discovered it that young.

What is there to feel guilty about? It's completely natural, why else would you have such an urge to do it if it wasn't? I breath all the time, because my body urges me to.. Why would I feel guilty about it? Albeit, it may not be as necessary as breathing... But, still, our body wants it, especially as teenagers.

Not our fault we can't be having sex all the time like we're intended to in order to populate. It's all a part of the grand scheme of how the world works.
