Ok, so at this social event I worked up the courage to talk to this guy and he was cute, nice and fun. So I said we should chill and he said yea. Then he gave me his number and then later he suggested we see a movie together (I didnt hint or ask it at all) and he seemed really into it to and me =D. Now i said id call him around 9ish and I did. But the problem is...His phone is OFF. not a ring just OFF, so im wondering whyd he give me that number if its off? and then he suggested facebook too but he hasnt been on. So should I give him the benefit of the doubt and think something happened like his phone got cut off or something or what?

Off as in, straight voicemail. Not no longer in service. I hate the waiting...its whats driving me nuts the most.

Off to where it's turned off temporarily or "We're sorry, this number is not in use blah blah"?

And as to Facebook, give the guy time. Some people get on at different times and he just may not be obsessed with Facebook and spends his life on that social networking site. Wait a while.
