Well, do you shower in warm water? There have been studies saying you are more likely to become aroused in comfortably cold water. The opposite happens in warm water, it is more difficult to become aroused. Also, as has been said, standing also reduces the likelihood of becoming aroused. The two factors show that it may become harder to J/O. It may actually be easy to J/O in a medium-cold shower.

thats partialy why, and another reason is that blood flow when standing in the shower goes more to the feet and legs (due to gravity) then when, say sitting in your bed. when you in you bed the blood is more around the waist area, which is where your penis is, but simply put there isn't much blood flowing to the penis :P

I can't j/o in the shower...between standing up and the sensation of water against my junk, it's just not arousing. It works better for me while either sitting or laying down. Plus, it usually takes me 20 minutes from start to finish so most of the warm water is gone by the time I'm ready to pop.
