Tight Foreskin

Ever since I can remember I have had a tight foreskin and it has never really bothered me. I have always kept my penis clean by washing it reguarly. Because I can't pull my foreskin back I cannot clean the tip of my penis thoroughly enough and so 'smegma' has started to accumulate and not matter how much I try washing my penis it just wont come off.

Its started to get painful and as well as looking unsitely it also smells really bad and is beginning to make me feel self conscious. Now I had planned to get circumcised so I could clean my penis more thoroughly and so that I could have sexual intercourse. Do you think this would stop my problem?

Most men who have been circumsiced regret it, all you have to do is pull it back as far as you can before pain and keep it there for around 20 secs, then release it, then pull it further and further back, gradually it will loosen up, worked with me in 3 days, usually takes between 3 and 7 days to do, hope I helped ;)

Erm, usually ppl get circumcised when theyre babies... you should ask a doctor, that'll be your best bet!

i have tried this, i can only pull my foreskin over when im not erect, if i get an erection while in this state it hurts like hell, i really need help as my girlfriend is asking to have sex, im getting self concious and saying no, i really want to do it though.
