Do the Social Groups even get used? I find myself constantly being the first one to post since 2007 or 2008. Coder's Paradise an Europeans are full of my spam. Take a look.

Some do, some don't. Depends on the group really.
Though, they were waaaay more active like a year ago. They've really died down recently.
