You're penis starts growing even a little before puberty. Some people later, some people also stop earlier. It's all about the person. Fast, slow, or some people don't even grow much at all. Nothin' to worry about though, your gurrl should love you for who you are, if you're referring to something along those lines.

Your penis starts growing when you are very little. so really unless you're an adult, it's not going to stay one size for very long.

My penis as been growing steadily from about 12 - now not like it added 3'' in one year or anything, my testes have gotten bigger again at a steady rate. Although the past year my scrotum has dropped (mine greatly dropped when puberty started, this is a "second" dropping if you will) from being tight near the penis to way lower almost near the anus, so probably about a 2'' drop maybe?

Mine had barely grown up until this year, and I am 16. Before this year I was about 4.5 inches hard, and now I am close to 6 inches hard, so that might tell you that you grow the most at 16, but for others they grew much more when they were younger and stopped growing earlier. So really it comes down to what your body is doing, and not what other people's bodies are doing. :D

Mine grew a lot the summer I was 12 and I didn't even think about puberty or even care about it. I just noticed it was getting a lot bigger when soft. By 13 or 14 when I started getting hard-ons, I first thought of measuring. It grew to 5 7/8 when hard by the time I was 15, but never grew any more after that.

Well, my penis started to grow right when I was an embryo and first penis cell emerged :D
But as puberty started it started to grow faster really. Faster than other body parts. It all started when I was 13 and half Then it grew really noticeably like for one year and half. In lenght. It seems like it is still growing but not so fast. It is gaining girth still. If I compare my penis to my fathers (yea I see him naked quite regularily) then my penis is still smaller and not so thick. So I think it must grow more.

well, mine is still growing. But at age 11 or 12, i was about .5 inches flaccid and 4 or 5 inches hard. Now i'm 3 inches flaccid and 8.5 inches hard

He means when it grew its most, which is usually around puberty. Mine started to grow at a rate that you get from puberty at age 10, and even though i'm in the final stages of purbety (Stage 5.1 currently) My penis is still growing. It depends on the the person.
