Caught Staring?

So today in social studies, we were watching the most boring video known to man. My crush kept turning around and looking at me. Same thing happened yesterday in an almost-as-boring world languages class. Two questions come with this:

1. Does her staring mean I have a chance?

2. What should I do if I catch her staring?

And for any more information, we have math, ss, english, and languages together. Yes, we're friends, and I've known for sure that I've had a crush on her for about a week or two.
