How's your diet? Do you eat healthy?
I have a horrible diet and I fear the Future Me will be irreversibly fat. This will change as soon as I start to really care. [-]Dying young is fun.[/-]

I guess I eat a healthy diet. I eat vegetables...meat...fruits...the occasional chips or pretzels...

Bit of both. I don't usually like junkie foods though, but I'll crave them occasionally.

More healthy than unhealthy, but even the occasional unhealthy foods are still organic and vegan. :P

Very healthy. My parents are health freaks, everything we eat is healthy, but it usually tastes good. We weren't even allowed to eat fast food growing up. The only fast food we ever got to have was Subway, and that was kinda rare

I eat more healthy foods than unhealthy. I make all my meals myself from scratch so i know whats going in them. Purely because im diabetic over the health side of it but its good all the same. I eat a good balance as well.

My diet is awful - it's just full of sugar really. I do eat fruit and veg everyday, but the vast majority of my daily calorie intake is probably from energy drinks and skittles lol. I don't necessarily eat a lot, so I won't get fat or anything, but I pretty much hate eating healthy because I find it so boring. I would have rather have a bowl of coco pops for dinner than have something I don't have the time to make (nor want for that matter).

It depends what your view of health and a proper diet is? I mean right.

Consuming a proper amount of X from each section besides the top is healthy. Having a lot of junk (candy, chips, soda, cake, etc.) is obviously not healthy. There's probably a universal standard about how much of each section you should eat, but I can't be bothered to Google it.
Besides, I'm asking about your views, if you consider yourself to be eating healthy. Just don't state something ridiculous like lots of candy is totally healthy.

I don't eat unhealthily, by definitely not healthily either.
I eat a lot of meat, a lot of junk food, a decent amount of vegetables, and no fruit.
I generally drink soda, juice, Gatorade, or water if I have to.

More healthy than junk food, but I do eat unhealthy crap because I'm a teenager and I might as well do it now when my metabolism will deal with it.

I eat rather healthy,I could eat better.I don't eat to much fired food,I like my veggies,I don't over do the meat.Don't really like sugars,I like cheese and sour cream but not milk.I could do better on my breads xD.I eat a rather what i call stable and healthy diet.I don't drink too much sodas either. Also I find it better to eat something considered fatting like natural food with a crap load of sugar cake then some artificial "healthy" crap like Splenda.

Healthy = the norm and what we all should eat. It shouldn't be something special / unique :P
Lots of fresh food for me when it comes to fruit and veg as my dad grows quite a bit. I try to spend money (when I have it) on decent quality stuff from shops and will go to delicatessens / speciality shops when I can.

A little of both considering I skip breakfast normally, eat fairly healthy lunch, and fairly unhealthy dinner.

Mine is kind of bad..Well really bad, but yet i'm not super super fat.
I'm getting BACK into weight training, basketball, and cardio again, so i'll be losing more weight. I'm 5'11, and 215. Not super fat. But I've gained weight this past 6 months. To much for comfort.

i eat pretty recklessly. which is to say i eat whatever i feel like at the moment, with little regard to other factors. because i do a lot of exercise (and therefore sweat a lot -> lose sodium) i don't worry too much about sodium intake atm. mainly i'm focused on overall calories, and making sure i get enough protein. on those counts i do pretty well, so everything else is mostly besides the point for me personally. i take a multivitamin daily to make sure i'm not deficient in anything, though.

On the whole, I eat healthy. Not to say I don't indulge in candy or unhealthy food from time to time, because believe me I do.
Personally, I would much rather eat something healthy than unhealthy. I feel noticeably better after eating healthy. Then again, who doesn't love Skittles once in a while? Or chips, or fast food?
