I feel so sad and lonely most of the time. I hardly have any real friends and it seems like I'm always alone after school and on weekends and stuff when everyone else has plans. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I guess I'm kind of a shy, somewhat nerdy person so I don't fit in with the popular crowd. But it sucks. Anyone else feel like this?

Yeah, that's exactly me. I don't fit in with everyone else (Don't like sport or whatnot) so I never get to join in.
If you wanna chat since we both seem to be in the same boat, PM me :)

Are you like my twin or something? I have the exact same life. I'm always lonely and I'm the school nerd.
If you need to chat I'm here. I have a very similar life from what you've said here.

If you're having trouble finding people like yourself try joining a group relevant to your interests, something extracurricular. Do you have any hobbies? Anything you enjoy doing that you'd like to share with other people?

I know what you mean. >: School is a tough place with so many unwritten social rules it's dizzying... I doubt it's any fault of your own, life just works that way sometimes. Maybe try and put yourself out there, talk to others a little more? Suggest a study group? One common topic you have with everyone is teachers and school; that's always a good discussion topic.

I doubt everyone at your school fits in that clicquey popular crowd, either. Is there anyone in your classes that don't seem so popular? Anyone that looks as if they might interest you or have similar hobbies, and so on? I know it's hard, but sometimes you have to make the first move when it comes to friendships. We're all human and love it when someone else gives us attention, so some may appreciate it.
And, I do know how it feels. But if you isolate yourself anymore, it might get worse, like it did when I was in school. So give it a go, yeah?

Wow, tell me about. It's like we're living the same life. Haha. Specially when i go on facebook and other people's stats have like 25+ likes and comments while mine has like 3 or 4, i feel so down. Maybe we should chat about it and not be lonely together. Haha.
