yeah don't worry about it. Everyone gets hair in different places at different times. I am a pretty hairy guy, legs are extremely hairy and got chest hair too but the pit hair is not really that impressive on me

Yea, either ya a late bloomer, or genetically you dont have very hairy pits to begin with.
But either way its normal, everyone is somewhat different from another.

one of my friend who is 17 has no hair anywhere whatsoever except for a bit on his legs and a bit of facial hair, unsure about pubes tho, so i would say it is all about genes and you don't really have anything to worry about
