Your ok, you will get taller when your time comes, I was and still am short (so is my twin), I was probably about the same as you when I was 13 and Im only about 5'7 now at 17, this is the time when peoples height goes crazy, we had a friend who when we were all 14 was like 6 foot already so its a wide range that is normal. And lastly yeah its ok to jo, its just not something you need to tell everyone.
