What causes this?

My friends condom fell off in his girlfriends vagina, they couldnt find it until the next day, and when they found it it was white. Did it fall off because hes too small foor it?

Dont worry it happens. An ex had to go doctors to have a condom removed :-o Now that was embarrasing for both of us. The doc even commented on just how lost we got it. haha

There are a few reasons this could have happened

1) the condom used was too big
2) the condom was not put om the proper way (the give u visual instructions on the box lol)
3) she may have been too dry and there was not enough lube
