Yea, those are razor bumps. Don't pop them at all, you can get staff infection and you will be in a lot of trouble. So those bumps are normal, you're probably pressing down to hard when you shave.

im guessing you shave in the shower with just water? DONT do that

1) in grown hair can form in your pubes and you can get bad infections
2) it can accumulate bacteria and it can cause infections because as u shave it opens up your pours and the dead skin and shit goes in, when the water evaporates it stops being smoothing and it get rough and hair grows back in rough
3) this can happen anywhere you shave(face, pubes, arms, ect...)

to stop this and make it feel better Shave with SHAVING CREAM
lol doesnt matter what type just use it
it lubricates your skin and kills bacteria and you wont get bumps and it wont be rough

well you should first use shaving cream. don't touch. one of the things that suck about shaving is worrying about in grown hairs
