Is there a way to fix this (y'know, ten different album covers for one album, as shown below) without re-putting in the album?

Haha, The reason behind it is because each song has a different name. Stick to one specific Artist and Album name. For example:

Artist1, Album1
So this means, ARTIST1, ALBUM1 are NOT acceptable! They all have to have the exact same name otherwise it'll split them up. This is the most likely cause for your problem.
