There is this girl, we were going out a long time ago. Well I was talking to her today, she was being really shy and I asked her what it was, at first she refused to tell me. When I finally got her secret, she told me that she regrets breaking up with me and that shes loved me since. I asked her who shes going out with, she told me it was one of her friends. I know the guy and my first opinion is an annoying fag with the obsession to be a troll. He knows that I want her back so hes being even more of a douche. So can I get some help? I don't want to force her to break up with him, I want her to be happy.

Well all in all, its the girls decision. I mean if she knows you want her back, then she has no risk factors breaking up with him. Its not going to be clean per say, the break up could be a little messy with the troll but she has you to be with. I think you shouldn't pressure her to do anything, just be a good person and noble and say "im here for u no matter what, and I may or may not like your decision but I wont hold it against you". Sometimes being the one outside looking in all you see is problems and wonder "WHY?! Why him over me?! im WAAAy better" but you know what, its jealousy talking because we dont choose we fall in love with much less than where were born. So give her time and tell her how you feel but dont do it just to win over the girl, do it because you want to be with her.
