why do boys where shorts over there underwhere

It's usually a self conscious issue. Many do not want to dress out in front of others in our school, so they wear them under their jeans/shorts.

nah its kinda fashion but then again i do it because it is comfy and two because if you are swagging you want want your butt to show if your pants are too low and also i play basketball so maybe some of them are going to play after school or whatever

Boys in my school do it too, but because they think it's not a dress code violation if they're wearing shorts.
Quite silly of them, because in my school, you can't show waistbands, let alone anything under them. Your shirt either has to be long enough to cover, or your pants high enough so nothing shows beneath your shirt.

My friend wears shorts over his boxers then pants or will wear shorts over his shorts over his boxers xD!I find it silly,but then again I'm the person people whisper crack kills when I bend over sometimes :P.I like not wearing to much clothes though,so I can breathe down there :P.

o.o i dont get this? why does he wear shorts over his underwear? because you dont wear your underwear in public. thats why. or if he was wearing jeans over his shorts and they were over his underwear. he could have had practice or something after school. sometimes i have to go to a field for practice where theres no change rooms so i wear shorts before the last class so i can just take my pants off and go to practice to save time

I've always have done this. I don't think it's much of an issue. I just like it. Plus the shorts I wear are my lucky ones. I try Yo always wear them. Except on really really really hot days

In my school at least its because teachers yelled at the kids who sagged and told them they'd get detention if they could see their underpants. Pretty genius if you ask me, and I don't even sag my pants that much.
