Sig format

So i am having a problem with my sig.

I am using paint.net to remove the background then save the pic. On my computer the pic has no background, but when I upload it, the bg is white. The only fluke I have had is my current sig pic, which worked for some reason, though i did nothing differently. It is pixelated though.

Anyway, how do i make a pick without a background that this website recognizes?

Png supports clear backgrounds, try uploading in that format.

Upload it as a .png and it has to be between 125x400 to stay transparent. Any bigger and it'll appear with a background
