Ever since I was little, Mother's Day was a day I disliked. For a few years, it was because my classmates kept asking my teachers (while i was there) what I would be doing when we made cards for our mothers, since I didn't have a mother. My teachers would constantly tell them that everyone had a mother, and I would have to constantly try to explain to them that I did have a mother, but she wasn't around. None of them understood my explanation, and would keep asking why I didn't have a mother. (This lasted until 3rd grade) For the last 2 years though, I've hated Mother's Day because it was a day where all my friends would talk about their plans on that day, what they got them, etc. Also, I start weeping on mother's day (which irritates me) then getting angry for weeping, because I felt like I hated my mother. A few months ago, I started to forgive her for everything she did to me, and I started to love her. Then a few weeks ago, I learned what my mother's plans were for me once I was a teenager, and now I'm back to despising her.
Which is why I plan on throwing sharp objects against my bed room wall on Mother's Day. Anyone else on here dislike Mother's Day?
Sorry...just ranting about hate feelings....
