Why does every sim think my sim smells? (the sims 3)

I'm really confused. I just got the "Dirt Defiant" lifetime reward and for some reason everytime another sim is near my sim, they gag and have a crossed out picture of my sim in a thought bubble. Theres nothing in my inventory that can smell bad, and my sims hygiene is all the way up. What's going on?

Maybe they just don't like them?

They don't have laundromats in the Sims.
