Paranoid,please help

I've been to a lot of conspiracy theory websites and some of it does make sense,but it's got me thinking about a lot of things.It has me thinking every time the News comes on (which they say is mostly fake :P)is gonna say the Government is now ending and we're dieing :P lol but it does have me very worried because I seem to be taking it very seriously.I was at one of my good friends b-day parties and I couldn't really enjoy myself because of my paranoia :[ I'm usually paranoid over something better then that but idk.I am crazy but I'm not a sad person and don't wanna be a sad person :[ PS I'm not really crazy just you know :lol:

When people say the worlds gonna end, only religious people believe in that. Try not to let it get to you and if you are that worried then maybe get some counselling, if it's effecting your life that much.
Try talking to your parents or a close relative/ friend you trust and tell them your concerns.
