Casio EX-word EW-S4000C dictionary

Hi. I have a Casio electronic dictionary and I need some help using it, please.
I've downloaded the EX-word TextLoader so I can connect it to my computer. I've done that, but my problem is I don't know how to send notes from my computer to the dictionary nor to download books to my computer and then send them to the dictionary. I have a USB cable. Any help would be great, thanks.

There's a manual, yes, but all it says is that it's possible to do it, but doesn't explain how!

This is odd.....
I've searched Google (http://www.google.co.uk/hws/search?q=Casio+EX-word+EW-S4000C++connect&btnG.x=0&btnG.y=0&client=sce-psp-row&adsafe=low&channel=&hl=nl&safe=), but couldn't find anything! That's odd... :/

Anyways.....
Try this checklist of things:

Is there software that needs to be installed?

Did you install it correctly?
Do you use it per instructions?
Are there license keys that need to be bought?
If you go to "Add/Remove Programs"(assuming Windows), does it show up as installed and working?

When you connect your dictionary to the computer, does it recognise it? Does it make a notification message or something?
And probably most important: Have you tried calling/emailing customer support?

Hi, thanks for the help. I've done all you suggested. My computer recognises the dictionary. My problem is I don't know how to put notes onto the EX-word Textloader.

Generally, if you use the software included with the dictionary, and you type F1, you'll get a help menu. Try that ;)

I think your Ex-word is Spanish, right? Well I have a Japanese dictionary and I've used the textloader before. I opened the textloader, connected the dictionary and then I drag the .txt file to the textloader.
