Well I have 101 little things that are wrong with me that never seemed like a huge problem but never seemed right. Was wondering if anyone else had similar things or can tell me if any of these are actually normal.
First, every once in a while, like maybe if you averaged it it would be once a week, I get stabbing pain in my heart like I got stabbed in the chest. Once in a while it goes away if I breathe in as much air as I can and just hold it in as long as I can. Got an echo a year ago for a completely different reason and they saw nothing wrong with my heart so I decided until it stops beating I'm not going to worry about it.
Second, I kinda get that in other places sometimes. Around my bladder. My ass. Lower stomach. My dick. Mostly around my actual body, rarely in limbs. I assume because of that last detail it's something to do with my organs trying to kill themselves.
Third, when I cough it REALLY REALLY hurts. Like I can cough once and I don't notice it, but after two or more coughs I get the most horrid, dull, aching pain you could imagine in my lungs.
Fourth, and this one's kinda new; I've seem to have had the same cold for more than 2 months now. Many of the basic symptoms haven't gone away, runny nose, crap in lungs that requires excruciating coughing to clear, completely blocked sinuses at night...
Fifth, unless I'm sweating from the heat being nearly unbearable all of my extremities are extremely cold. This includes my dick again, my hands and feet, and sometimes my lower legs and arms, my ears, and my nose. All of them have to be below 60F.
Sixth, I got a cut in November on my knuckle and it's still very slightly pink, which suggests inflammation, and therefore an infection. And infection has been in me for more than 6 months.
Seventh, and I've actually assumed this is somewhat normal. 5/10 times when I try to stop pissing really hard like someone barges into my bathroom while I'm pissing and I get scared, my dick hurts like I just smashed it with a hammer.
Eighth, I have chronic fatigue. I've tried sleeping many different amounts of time, they all end up in me getting tired at exactly 12:40 every day. Half the time I need to sleep in class even though I slept from 5PM the previous day to 7AM the next day. I've tried legal amphetamine stimulants and they don't keep me up, I barely even notice them.
Ninth and finally, I have literally absolutely no short OR long term memory. If someone tells me to remember a list of 4 numbers then asks me to repeat it immediately after they're done listing, I couldn't do it. Or if I need to remember to call someone so they can get a ride home from like a soccer game or some shit, I need to set a reminder on my phone so I don't forget.
I'm too tired to think of anything else for now.

Mate, You really need to see a Doctor. This is way out of the depth of anyone here with some sort of training, including me. You need to see a GP - no one here can Diagnose, a Doctor is the best option. Sooner rather then later.
Contact me if any questions or just want to talk :D Here for you.

Premise: See a doc. I am not a physician, but I'll tell you at best what I know about what's going down.

Sure. I'll see what I can do.
First, every once in a while, like maybe if you averaged it it would be once a week, I get stabbing pain in my heart like I got stabbed in the chest. Once in a while it goes away if I breathe in as much air as I can and just hold it in as long as I can. I've had this before. I've had it described to me as gas buildup in your organs that when your lungs expand they push it out and into its proper place. We aren't talking about gastric... gas, but a different kind of gas that dwells in your system. I was told this isn't a huge problem and haven't seen a doctor about it, but I would tell your doctor the next time you see him/her.
Second, I kinda get that in other places sometimes. Around my bladder. My ass. Lower stomach. My dick. Mostly around my actual body, rarely in limbs. I assume because of that last detail it's something to do with my organs trying to kill themselves.
It's probably the same thing, tell your doctor next time you see him/her.
Third, when I cough it REALLY REALLY hurts. Like I can cough once and I don't notice it, but after two or more coughs I get the most horrid, dull, aching pain you could imagine in my lungs.
Definitely see your doctor about this one. You could have one of a wide range of different lung infections or it could just be a bad sinus infection. There are lots of possibilities for this one and you are better safe than sorry.
Fourth, and this one's kinda new; I've seem to have had the same cold for more than 2 months now. Many of the basic symptoms haven't gone away, runny nose, crap in lungs that requires excruciating coughing to clear, completely blocked sinuses at night...
This sounds to me like allergies, which could also explain your painful cough. See your doc if you're worried, but if not then get some Zyrtec or Claritin down at Walgreens or any drug store, it should help.

Do you smoke? It's a valid question. Smokers usually have this problem. If not, you should certainly see your doctor about this, it's a sign of low blood-circulation because your blood vessels are inflamed or worse.
Sixth, I got a cut in November on my knuckle and it's still very slightly pink, which suggests inflammation, and therefore an infection. And infection has been in me for more than 6 months.
Go to a doctor, seriously. An infection could get into the bloodstream, then you'd be done for. Also, cuts taking a long time to heal is a sign of Diabetes.
Seventh, and I've actually assumed this is somewhat normal. 5/10 times when I try to stop pissing really hard like someone barges into my bathroom while I'm pissing and I get scared, my dick hurts like I just smashed it with a hammer.
I'm going to assume that's normal because of the fluid dynamics involved here. But mention it to your doctor, like everything else.
That doesn't sound normal especially if you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep. Though this could vary depending on how active you are in the time between when you wake up and 12:40, and depending on how active you are overall. I've experienced problems like this and I didn't do anything about it, it eventually went away, but to be safe mention it to your doc.
You could have short-term memory loss and long-term memory loss. Talk to your doctor.
I'm too tired to think of anything else for now.
You seeing a common denominator here? See a doctor. I can give you my experiences and advice but it means nothing compared to an actual M.D. telling you what's up.

I have the same opinion, this is beyond both Josiah7's and my scope of practice but we can give an opinion, if you need to e-mail me I would be more than happy to help explain anything you might not understand, as I type this I am looking fo my medical diagnostic 101 and anatomy/physiology 101-202 books.

I'm afraid to tell doctors about stuff. Don't know why, just am. One other thing I noticed that I always thought was slightly normal at least: maybe once every 2 days average one of my muscles will just start twitching like it's having a seizure in a random place on my body. It's usually a very local area and not the whole muscle, like maybe the biggest area was 2"x2". It's really annoying.
And TBH I think I had pneumonia because the super painful cough went away when I started taking tetracycline for something else. Not a good thought D:

Oh Tetracycline, bet I can guess what thats for and as for the twitching muscle it is called a muscle spasm, it;s the random misfireing of the muscle that causes the contractions, can be reduced by hydrating more and ample amounts of sleep.
Also the pneumonia would have been helful if you had mentioned that earlier.

Well I'm just going based off the fact that it went away with antibiotics. It could have been an infection in my brain, I don't know.

Agreed. Just go and see the Doc, he/she can help, and see more embarrasing things then most people will ever see. Don't be embarrased they have seen it all, and are there to help.
