How To Talk to My Counselor?

I want to be able to talk to my counselor about my sexuality, since I don't have anyone I can openly talk to it about. I used to, but something happened and we're not friends anymore. Some friends know, but I'm not comfortable talking to it about them. I want to be able to talk to my counselor about it, but I don't know how. Any tips?

Write a letter explaining everything and then seal it. Place sealed letter in the selected councilors mailbox and let it all happen. Totally anonomus and your friends will think you are depositing mail for another teacher.
