Cem [pronounced "Djhem" I think ] Sultan ( Sultan Suleiman's younger brother who was exiled from the Empire for treason ) works with the Borgia ( Cem Sultan was also Christian in real life ) and is a Templar. So we'll be helping Suleiman the Magnificent. Though I don't know what will Altair do in Masyaf

Revelations has more involving Desmond because, apparently, ************SPOILER************** he's in a coma at the end of the game, and they put him back in the animus so he doesn't get fucked over. Desmond gets trapped in a place called the Black Room, which is the opposite of the White Room, the loading screen.
