View Full Version : Obama Birth Certificate A Fake

I find it rather funny about all this. I'm not exactly pro-Obama and I took a good look at a Internet-Copy of his birth certificate, which made me decide to search for articles over how WRONG it truely is. I noticed it said "African" under the Fathers Race section, when back in the 1960's there was no such thing as political correctness. That wouldn't come for another 20 years. So, I googled it. And by golly, look what I found here...

http://www.webpronews.com/obamas-birth-certificate-new-conspiracy-theories-2011-04

It has been a rough week for the Birthers. After 2 and 1/2 years of demands that President Barack Obama release his long-form birth certificate to prove that he is, in fact, an American citizen qualified to serve as Commander-in-Chief – he did just that. He released it.

Presented with the document for which they had been asking, they have now begun to do what any good conspiracy theorists would do – reject its legitimacy. Because as we are all aware, America loves a conspiracy. And conspiracies never really die, they evolve.

Here is a culling of many of the new problems that the Birthers have with the long-form birth certificate. For all specifics, please refer to the (completely unaltered) copy of the document below.

2811

•Let’s start at the top. What the hell is a “certificate of live birth?” That’s what the old short-form one said. Can this man not just provide a “birth certificate?” Not the same thing. Seriously.
•If you look at the left side, it is obviously copied from a bound book. The background outside the book parameters matches up too seamlessly with the book page pattern. Shopped.
•It’s missing everything that a birth certificate should have – the birth weight, a cute little baby-footprint and an official seal. What gives?
•Obama was “born” on August 4th, 1961. The date the certificate was accepted is August 8th, 1961. What’s the hold-up, guys? Hiding something?
•There are two small, very faint Xs above the twin and triplet boxes at the top. Does Obama have identical siblings. Are they all Obama? Are all 3 of them running the country? Is it like Multiplicity?
•In the “Father’s Race” box, it says “African.” If this was really written in 1961, the race would say “Colored” or “Negro.” And while we are on the subject of races, the type for the mother’s race “Caucasian” is way too perfect. No typewriter in 1961 could type so perfectly.
•Under hour of birth, the “M” in “P.M” is a different font. Might as well be in Comic Sans.
•The box next to the name of the attendant is all smudged and stuff.
•There has to be something to the barely visible vertical numbers on the right side of the certificate. Looks like something 991.
•The doc who signed the certificate died 8 years ago. Oh, how convenient. Looks like we’ll never get him to talk.
Ok, that was fun. But the conspiracy sub-conspiracy that is beginning to gain to most traction on the interwebs is the so called “layers” conspiracy. Apparently, if you open up the birth certificate in Photoshop or something similar, you can see and are able to manipulate multiple layers. This obviously means that someone shopped the certificate and screwed up the part of forgery where you make it not look like a forgery.
Beliefs on Barack Obama’s political stances and policies aside, you have to be amazed by the persistence of this group. Their ability to keep finding points of contention even when presented with the very evidence they demanded is staggering. Who said Americans never work hard at anything?

I'm honestly not agreeing with every single nit-picky thing this site points out. But some of it is very right, such as the political correctness of writing down "African". I dunno. Just seemed interesting!

Can someone tell me the reason why a birth certificate is important?

Can someone tell me the reason why a birth certificate is important?

It's important because Presidents are required to be born in the United States under the constitution. The birth certificate proves or disproves his citizenship.

I could care less whether or not he is a citizen.

•Let’s start at the top. What the hell is a “certificate of live birth?” That’s what the old short-form one said. Can this man not just provide a “birth certificate?” Not the same thing. Seriously.

Gee, what an intellectually stimulating and reasonable argument. Obviously, whoever wrote this has never looked at a government form before. They're never titled simply.

•If you look at the left side, it is obviously copied from a bound book. The background outside the book parameters matches up too seamlessly with the book page pattern. Shopped.

I'm going to assume that when this certificate was scanned into Hawaii's registrar database, the border was added for consistency. I mean, they're not going to do a straight scan and leave it at that.

•It’s missing everything that a birth certificate should have – the birth weight, a cute little baby-footprint and an official seal. What gives?

Not every birth certificate has that information (the weight/footprint) because it's not necessary information. Mine doesn't.

As for the seal, neither does this non-Obama long-form:

http://nightwatch1.files.wordpress.com/2010/02/hawaiian-long-form-birth-certificate-booth.jpg

•Obama was “born” on August 4th, 1961. The date the certificate was accepted is August 8th, 1961. What’s the hold-up, guys? Hiding something?

Are you fucking kidding me? It takes time to process a document. That's why I'm still waiting for my green card.

•There are two small, very faint Xs above the twin and triplet boxes at the top. Does Obama have identical siblings. Are they all Obama? Are all 3 of them running the country? Is it like Multiplicity?

There's a faint 9 next to Obama's father's race. Does that mean his father's race is actually 9?

These markings are what they are, markings, and nothing more. Remember, this certificate comes out of a registrar's book from the 1960s.

•In the “Father’s Race” box, it says “African.” If this was really written in 1961, the race would say “Colored” or “Negro.” And while we are on the subject of races, the type for the mother’s race “Caucasian” is way too perfect. No typewriter in 1961 could type so perfectly.

It's pretty clear that the White House did some digital manipulation after the scan to make the typewriting on the document sharper. As for "African," there's no evidence to support the claim that all birth certificates in 1961 referred to those of African descent as "Colored" or "Negro". Those terms were probably reserved for African-Americans, anyway.

•Under hour of birth, the “M” in “P.M” is a different font. Might as well be in Comic Sans.

Do you fucking people not understand what a template is? That M was on the certificate before it was filled in. The "P" was added when the certificate was filled out. This is done for consistency, so every birth certificate has either "P.M." or "A.M." instead of "pm" or even "p".

•The box next to the name of the attendant is all smudged and stuff.

Again, compression and digital "cleaning" have been performed to make the document legible. Smudges are not subject to that.

This is a document from the early 1960s, done in typewriter and pen. It's not going to be perfect.

•There has to be something to the barely visible vertical numbers on the right side of the certificate. Looks like something 991.

And your point is? Again, this is not a mint-condition document, done flawlessly. It's 50 years old.

•The doc who signed the certificate died 8 years ago. Oh, how convenient. Looks like we’ll never get him to talk.

What the fuck does this have to do with anything?

Ok, that was fun. But the conspiracy sub-conspiracy that is beginning to gain to most traction on the interwebs is the so called “layers” conspiracy. Apparently, if you open up the birth certificate in Photoshop or something similar, you can see and are able to manipulate multiple layers. This obviously means that someone shopped the certificate and screwed up the part of forgery where you make it not look like a forgery.

This was part of the process of cleaning up and compressing the document (http://www.nkyvoice.com/2011/04/long-form-birth-certificate.html) undertaken by the White House. The layers in the PDF document provide no evidence of any conspicuous matriculation, rather, they show that whoever was in charge of releasing it simply cleaned up the text and compressed the file to make it smaller.

His mother is an American citizen. If you are a child born to an American citizen, you automatically are an American citizen yourself, and not to mention he was born in a us state as well, so that pretty much seals his citizenship. This birth certificate nonsense is getting out of hand.

I think the birth certificate being fake is something of great importance because if it comes to he isn't a citizen then ALL of his doings over the past few years become void.

And like I said, I didn't agree with absolutely everything written in that. It was the only site with a picture I could find.

1) My birth certificate doesnt have weight or a foot print on it.
2) My birth was registered 2 weeks after I was born. Paperwork and the government dont work.
3) that one may have been an official reproduction of his original birth certificate. I have lost mine about 5 times, and over the years, have changed colours. None of those conspiricies can be proven right or wrong

There's equal chance and possibility of it being either fake or real.

I really don't care about it all that much though.

According to a U.S Supreme Court ruling in 1898, that's not true. In order for you to be a natural-born citizen(which is what is required), you must be born to two parents of whom reside permanently in the United States or one of it's outlying territories. Only one of Obama's parents was a U.S citizen and his father was not a permanent U.S resident which makes him a native-born citizen and thus disqualifies him from being eligible to be president.

Don't we have a bunch of other shit to deal with? Yea. But instead, we're all flipping shit over a birth certificate. Ugh, sometimes I hate being American because all you assholes make us seem so pathetic.

It is required in most countries that you are a legitimate, full-fledged citizen of the particular country you are running on. If he was really born out of the US, it would overturn on him fairly quickly.

I hate that people obsess over this. I mean who cares in the end, why does it matter? Just because he needs to be native born.. I mean I understand the ups and downs of that, but still.
I'm curious now to is it fake or real.

I really don't get why the country I live in is so focused on getting his birth certificate released...actually, I KNOW why some people in America are wanting his birth certificate to be shown, but I really don't feel like being flamed for posting up the reason....well, atleast not today.

Why can't we just focus on other things that are greater then a piece of paper?

Just saying

Well actually, my birth certificate doesn't have a footprint, or my weight. What's on my birth certificate are, my full name, parents names, time and date of birth, doctor signature, and place of birth.

Maybe he took so long to release his birth certificate. Because his original was lost. He's been around 30 years before me, and my family has no idea where my original birth certificate is. All we have is a copy. So, if my family lost mine, then he probably misplaced his too.

If the White House did fake his certificate, don't you think they would have removed all the indescrepancies? They would have been able to do a perfect forgery if they wanted to, so all this bullshit you're pointing out means nothing.

I'm not Obama's no. 1 fan or anything, but c'mon! Of course he was born in the US!

You'd think instead of picking a controversial black man, they'd pick the 'Maverick' white man to enhance their motives. Hm...

Damn Illuminati!
