Both my dad and my older brother (19) have motorcycles and I may get one soon, so does anyone else ride?

I have a BMW R 1150 GS Enduro, which my friend gave to me because he moved overseas.

It's getting repaired right now.

due to my country and laws and stuff i ride around on a 50cc Derbi GPR 50.
I love it and its quality, pretty fast and nippy for a 50cc!

im looking in to getting a dirtbike, first ive owned myself, i would like to get a 2-stroke 250 or 230 becasue there are cheaper and easier to maintain, but a 4-stroke would be easier to ride which would you pick and why?

I went through a hell of a lot of motocross bikes when I was racing, all the way from a CR125 right up to a SX-F 450. I don't have a road bike just now although I work in a motorbike shop. I'll be looking for a bike when I get bored of my car. Oh and to answer Jacksons question go for the 2-stroke! Hell of a lot more fun to ride when you learn how to do it properly and if you become a good rider on a 2-stroke you will be an amazing rider on a 4-stroke.
