I've been getting them like...everyday. My brother's nurse is starting to show concern. and I've had one today since I woke up this morning...it won't go away. Now I'm just at the point where I'm just trying to ignore it and listening to music because I've pretty much given up on it going away tonight.

Are there any ways I can make it go away without medicine or laying down? I've tried both.

Have you been under a lot of stress lately? And have you been drinking enough? Dehydration is a big factor towards headaches, try drinking plenty of cold water or Juice of you don't like water, stay in a cool dark room and try to avoid looking at bright lights/computer screens in dim light.

Yep completely agree. Also try and sleep or lay down, works a charm for most headaches. If you have any reaction to looking at light, or any pain or stiffness in the neck - you need to go to a doctor.

Is it just a headache, any high temperature or anything ? Vomiting, Upset stomach ect.

Also, you may want to try an ice pack or a rag with hot water, depending on the kind of headache. :)

Those have helped me

Drink less caffiene, try to sleep more and keep hydrated.
If it gets any worse i would go and get it checked out, just to be safe.

Watch your sodium intake. I literally was getting a migraine about every other day last summer, and I went to the doctor and it was because I had consuming too much sodium. Think about what others have said, if nothing seems to be working and this continues, seeking medical attention really would be best.

I get headaches constantly. Mine are most likely caused by dehydration, I drink about a fourth of the water I need to drink per day. Pain killers tend to kick in about 15 minutes after for me, I just take something and it's gone sooner than it came on.
