How do you know when your in a growth spurt?

How do you know when your in a growth spurt and how long do they normally last. Recently ive been getting extremely tired for like 10 minutes for no reason throughout the day, and i get hungrier some days and not hungry on others. Just wondering if this is common for other people to.

Yeah, it's been happening to me too! I've been growing a little bit, about a 1/4" here and there. I'm 6'3", and it's still happening.

Just make sure you get a lot of sleep, drink a lot of milk, and make sure your parents keep your house stocked with food!

Usually I ate more than usual (If thats even possible for me), I'd get pains in my legs and my arms and i'd get tired really damn quickly. As for how long they'd last it would vary.

Ya I hit a growth spurt too and I eat a lot sleep in till noon and drink too much

think i went tro a growth spurt a couple a months ago, had a lot of joint pains for a while, i'm five nine now, i eat a lot usually so idk if it was more or less, it didn't last too long tho.
