For some time now there has been the debate between the blue ray, and HD DVD well i just recently stumbled onto a third format that can store even more than both combined and can transfer at up to 1 GB/S. Read Here (http://www.howstuffworks.com/ref/hvd.htm?cid=rss1) If your not like me and don't enjoy fuguring out how things work just skip to the

HVD is currently useless to the average consumer. Unless movies were sold by the hundreds on a single disc, nobody needs 3.9 TB of storage. They are better for government storage. The price of a HVD and the player is also something to consider. I'm sure the government would love some HRAM, it is currently only theoretical, but you could use an LCD instead of a disc and write ram to the LCD in the form of a hologram.

300gig per disk  <------- (if anyone wants to fix that smiley go for it)

The stupid price would kinda put me off straight away but hey, you never know, this may be the future!

[Smiley fixed for you :)]
