I've never worn caps just because I like feeling my hair in the wind, but an interesting question recently popped up in my mind:

Does caps increase popularity among girls? Especially in High school?

I'm mainly asking because I'm not such a social boy, but I have a friend that wears caps and he's... well, let's just say he has 3 girls that stalk him everywhere.

Does caps have any sorts of popularity-influence?

Why should a piece of cloth increase your popularity? Even if it did, it would be of the wrong reasons... People should like you for the person you are, not what you wear. Sorry, might not have been the answer you hoped for.. :/

No, actually, that was the answer I wanted. I agree with you to some extend, but that's basically the same as sagging, which is something the "popular" kids do. So even if caps don't increase your popularity, clothes can in some form make you popular... at least in my city.

I was just wondering. You know, a person that wears glasses gets one status, a person that doesn't gets another, so maybe the same thing goes about caps... idk xD
